1) PVC sheet for inkjet printing

2) Printing method: Inkjet printer (Epson R230 or equivalent model is recommended)

3) Laminating type: Press laminating

4) Thickness: 0.30mm, 0.15mm

5) Size: 210 x 297mm, 200 x 250mm, or as per your requirements, or in roll type

6)Package: 50 sheets/pack20 packs/carton.

Steps to make cards

1. Use inkjet printer to print the picture on the printing side of Inkjet Printing PVC Sheets

2. Put two PVC inkjet printing sheets and two overlays together, then put into the laminatorthe laminating temperature and time is determined as per the instruction of the machine. Please be noticed that all glue sides of both PVC sheets and Overlays are put inward.

3. Use paper cutter and card cutter to cut the card.

Note: Please wait untill the ink dried(usually 5-10 minutes) before lamination
